We make no claims that the Website or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to the Website may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. 3.1 Ownership

The Practice Pro name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Practice Pro, its affiliates or licensors. You shall not use such marks without the prior written consent of Practice Pro. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.
3.2 Use
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except that (a) you may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes, (b) your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials, (c) if we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features, (d) if we provide mobile, desktop, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your mobile device or computer in accordance with our Software Subscription Agreement or applicable services agreement (“SSA”), provided you agree to be bound by our SSA for all such applications.

Practice Pro does not undertake to review material before it is posted on the Website, and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted. Accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications, or User Content provided by any user or third party. We shall have no liability or responsibility to anyone for performance or nonperformance of the activities described in this section.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Somerset County, New Jersey.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver by the Practice Pro of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure on our part to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, any Order and the Subscription Services Agreement, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Practice Pro regarding the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website.
